Dear merchant QtyFiles,

Over the past 24 hours the attacks directed to different elements of our technical infrastructure continued and varied in intensity and form.

We have successfully managed to block all threats and we are now 100% operational with payments running smoothly.

Please instruct your users that were unable to make a payment to try now as things are back to normal. Please apologize to them on our behalf, but this series of incidents were not something we could have predicted.

As stated in our previous email, all this will not influence payouts.

As you already know we have been confronted with a severe DDoS attack in the last 24H, the most severe incident in the last 3 and a half years.

We are so glad to inform you that already a significant part of traffic has gone back to normal and transactions for you accounts are getting through smoothly, although there are still some restrictions in place.

We assure you that this incident will not affect our payout schedule and you will receive your funds just as you have over the past years!

All our technical team is actively involved in getting this 100% resolved!

Dear customers,

Our server is undergoing a very massive DDoS attack. Unfortunately, we do not know how long this will last. We are actively engaged in solving this problem now and will inform you about any changes as soon as possible.



Planned outage
February 07th, 2018

This week at night from Thursday to Friday by European time (starting at approximately 21:30 UTC on Thursday) our servers will be temporarily unavailable because of planned outage in our data center. This means that payments will not work, our email system will not work as well. We hope that the outage will last for not more than two hours. All subscriptions to be recharged during the outage will be recharged after our servers will be back online.

We think it's a good idea to tell your clients about it and/or to switch payments somewhere else for these couple of hours our services will be unavailable.
